     My name is Megan, and I am a wife and mother of two! We live in the Pacific Northwest and spend much of our time reading, hiking, and spending time as a family.

     I’ve dedicated my life to understanding nutrition, and I’m confident that learning about macros can completely transform your relationship with food. It’s the key to building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle without the need for restrictive diets or cutting out entire food groups.
